A Note from Mrs. Kaber:
Christmas Walk:
Every year the kindergarten class goes on a walk to the Zehnle house directly behind my classroom. Both teachers and assistants walk with the students and stop in front of the house. The kids bring a clipboard and a graph. They graph wreaths, presents, the nativity scene, etc for a math activity. Mr. Zehnle is very kind and opens up his Santa's Workshop garage for the students to see. This is one of our favorite kindergarten traditions. He has loved doing this since his granddaughter Sophie was in my Pre-K class when I first started CCLS. They are members of Webster Gardens. We have planned to go on Thursday, December 7th.
